It arrived very quickly and was well packaged, works perfectly, but it's a little difficult to upload the video the first time, but then it's easy. You need to connect it while it's off to the laptop and then turn it on to upload the videos.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 43 reviews.
product ok, quality ok, delivery ok. The problem is that they ask to install a software that is only free for 7 days and the videos I created myself do not restart once they finish. I will check which format is required to avoid having to download their software.
Very nice effect, videos are easy to upload and it's quite intuitive to control the sphere. As for flaws, I would say it's too heavy to hang on a tree (luckily a base is included to hold it on a table) and images are zoomed in a bit (although I checked carefully the dimensions).
perfect arrived early very easy to insert the video always use the cable that comes in the box
Nice looking product. It can only play one video at a time and you must manually flick to the next one. Video must be in 480x480 to be seen well.
Awesome product! I got it as an anniversary gift for my wife and she loves it. I was worried the 480x480 resolution would be pixelated but it's perfect for that size container. However, the downside of this product is that you have to be pretty technical to set it up (which i am, so that's ok for me). First you have to make sure it's off, then plug in into your computer, then turn it on, at which point it acts like a thumb drive. Delete the preloaded content out of the video folder, and add your video or photos. Videos must already be square, 480x480px, in mpeg-4 encoding and with a .mp4 file extension (those are different things). Photos must be .jpg. Volume is adjustable but inconvenient (long-press the dial while it's rotated left or right. I removed the sound from my video before loading it because i wanted it muted. I have an issue with mine where it won't turn on unless i plug it into the pc, turn it on in usb mode, then unplug it to switch it back to main mode.
Awesome. It looks great in my little tree.
Really very beautiful! The screen is surprisingly clear and bright despite the low resolution. The weight is perhaps the only weak point. It's very heavy to use as a Christmas tree ball, but with a bit of ingenuity, you can manage to fit it in.
Arrived in less than 1 week. Great gift. Very good quality/price. Comes with instructions for editing and recording videos on the ball. Very satisfied with the purchase. Recommend 100%.
This 3d video crystal ball is seriously cool! The detail inside is amazing and really pops out. It's like having a tiny, magical world captured in glass. The light it emits creates a really cozy and mesmerizing atmosphere. Definitely a unique and fun decorative piece for any room!
Great item, works well, audio is loud and from what i can see unadjustable. The video direction from the qr code on the box is essential to get the right format and how to use the software needed to be downloaded. You must be “tech savvy” to get your videos on there; this is not an item i can give to my parents to figure out; they would need me to load the videos, great product and price point thank you
Got this as a gift for my boyfriends family and they love it. You can do images and videos and it’s brilliant wuality
It arrived perfectly, a very nice product.
It arrived perfectly fine, I recommend it, very nice product.
Speedy delivery and does what it says on the tin, very pleased with it. The instructions are a bit naff but was easy to edit videos in microsoft clipchamp then simply copy in file explorer to sphere. Definitely worth the purchase 😃
Great item works well, easy to use. Bought as a gift person loved it 💕
The product is great, my mother loved it. The only trouble is making the video in a suitable format. It takes some skill on the computer which older people may not have. In our case i made the video and uploaded for her but, now she wants to upload more videos and we don’t live close, so it will be sending files back and forth. It would be great to have a simpler app for people not as savvy in computer apps. Other than that it was a great christmas gift and the entire family loved it!
It surprised me, it's better than I expected. It's true that it's heavy, but it can be placed on the base it comes with. I haven't charged anything yet, but the videos it comes with look good.
It's just like the images and the resolution is very good! A great gift :)
The instructions say they provide you with free software, it's a lie. After figuring it out, it seems to be a solid device.
It works great, but it's important to convert the videos to the correct size and format, otherwise it won't work.
You have to download a program to access the video.
Everything is fine, I'm impressed.
Works great straight out of the box, instructions are a little vague in getting custom videos in but i worked out to download mp4 videos from istock.com and then u can click and drag straight into the video folder. Putting your own videos in that youve taken on your phone does work but they don't loop only play through once. If you put the wrong kind of file or a not supported video in the folder ,the ball wont turn on it will just display a green bar and then shut down, suggest loading one video at a time so if it doesn't work you will know which 1 has caused it.
This work's exactly as mentioned. I also learned that you literally cannot have any other folders on this device including hidden folders. I originally connected this to a mac and the mac created some hidden folders on it which caused the device to not play any videos including the included ones that i know worked. Besides that everything worked as stated. The device has issues playing videos that are long so far my 1 minute video and 4 minute video hve trouble playing, but my 30 second video has no issues at all. The longer videos will get stuck on frame while the sound continues playing and eventually it will change frames. I also wish the device would play each video stored automatically instead of having to manually switch it. Overall i like this device.
These are amazing and the sound quality and imagery are great. Highly recommend!
These are awesome. I bought 4 as gifts and i can't wait to see what they think.
This is very nice! Works well. Made a memory ball of our dog.
Looks great, good sound from the speaker. Havent testet it fully. The weight is really good, feels like it is good quality. The screen is not as good as i thought but not bad. I’m very pleased with the spear overall
Fantastic small toy. Works pretty good for the resolution 640/640. Edges of frame is not visible, so you can see round part of pictures only. Software for resizing video is available as free version too. Software works intuitive and home use version is sufficient. Good value for the price. I recommend the product and the seller for fast delivery.
Exactly as advertised. Works perfectly. Highly recommend.
Very good - takes a while to figure out how to upload / get jt in pairing mode… but once sorted, it’s a really good device
Easy to use and put your own video on mp4 set 480 by 480 screen size might want do bit more in video set up fit screen. Well please when i put some my 360 mp4 video fit screen effect sound good, 30 min video clip works or less 30 min. This is not blue tooth version but for price pc is just needed convert or save in video memory crystal ball 4 gig setting above set give 4 hr video each clip repeat un less select by use wheel. Use it show halloween or xmas or watch your video clip.
A great product the screen is very nice and it connects directly to the pc. Also comes with a stand which is a great idea. I used capcut to make the video. Overall very good.
It arrived quickly. The image looks good and the sound is decent. You have to modify the videos to the resolution indicated in the instructions, although the program to do it is paid (there is a free version for a maximum of 5 minutes). I need to see how to activate the video that you loop. What I haven't been able to check is how long the battery lasts. The truth is that I really liked it.
Great product easy to use looks great
Good quality and good delivery
very good quality, the sound is good and it feels fine to the touch, it's very worth it, it's very nice, I've uploaded a 2-minute video divided into two 1-minute ones, and it worked without any issues, very smooth.
Excellent item, easy to use once you know how to change the file type and sizes. I have 4 of these now
I loved the idea! I thought it would be complicated to make the video and upload it, but there's an explanatory video and it comes with the manual! Super easy!!!
